Oh! We did that for my partner's 40th in '21. We went to playa del Carmen with 3 friends and stayed at an all inclusive, adults only resort. It was fabulous! Even though we were technically going for his 40th, he still had the hotel deliver cake and champagne the last day we were there for my birthday, which was a week later. We made so many good memories there. It was the best vacation of my life!
