I feel like Caitlyn knew that Vi was in emotional distress, and the only way to fully snap Vi out of it is Physical touch. It is also Caitlyn own preference way of expressing herself, not with words but actions

I think this was Vi asking Cait if she feels the same way, she was literally saying I don't want to lose you...

Not to mention cait leans in THREE times before she kisses her allowing Vi to consent to it. ALSO physical touch is Vi’s love language AND how she works through the unsavory feelings(as demonstrated by her weapon- fist fighting/up close physical contact). The fact that Caitlyn recognizes this and seals her promise with the physical touch that she knows Vi responds to is BIG. (Unfortunately a promise she can’t keep- not that she won’t or never intended to, but that she couldn’t bc of her grief)

I love how their love and everything is expressed through actions, even when Cait touched the spot she hit Vi, you could see in her eyes and whole face that it dropped with sadness, she regretted it so much but Vi accepted the apology by just pullin her in😭 I love them sm I cannot thinking about them
