Looking at a lot of threads via Teacherthreads and I’m learning a lot of yall don’t actually want to teach. You see it as just a job, nothing more. While that’s your right, I feel like that plays a part in what’s hurting our classrooms. There’s teachers that don’t want to be there and it’s just something to do until something bigger and better comes. Yall really don’t care. It’s just an observation, but it makes hella more sense now.
