I get that every post is unique and that some people are legit asking, but I have to restrain myself from responding “I’d try running a lot” to every “I just signed up to my first marathon in 6 weeks, any tips for what I should do to prepare?” post (of which there are about 20 a day). Like, does no one know how to look 💩 up anymore?
