I have taken care of dozens of dying seniors. Sometimes I’m the one who detects that they’re actively dying. Sometimes I’m continuing palliative care. Sometimes I do the post mortem care. I advocate to keep people comfortable. I have so much empathy. Sometimes I see my patients as timeless: I can see how someone looked as a baby, a child, young adult all the way to wrinkly. I feel honoured to be able to help them 💗
