Whereas we have Modi's govt which is making great efforts to upgrade the max permissible speed of Delhi-Howrah tracks from 130 to 160 !! Also how many trains and passengers were using the same tracks vs the traffic now.. so why just cleverly focusing on a single train's average speed and not others ??
