You never know who your partner really is until you experience them. No one shows themselves right off the bat. Humans like to mask themselves essentially advertising themselves as a version of themselves that their not. I mean everyone wants to look good in front of the person they like right? So they won't really do anything to scare you away, unless they really believe that it's okay for them to act that way.
