Increasing my protiein (with protein powder) helped me along with adding brewers yeast to cookies I made and lactation drops (the brewers yeast and dropps I ordered from Legendairy and the recipe for cookies is from Miracle Milkcookies website) BUT honestly I think staying hydrated AND protein are the things thst are working the best - no idea if others actually work or make me feel like they are working! YOU GOT THIS MAMA!!!
