You could try using discord bots to block that off, sometimes a simple thing of using a bot so you have to react to a message with a specific emote can be enough. Although it does depend on what kind of bots are joining

thats its working, but accounts still comes and goes. There are a huge amount of bots running on many discord channels. And some of those are just to get access, then they start to spread publicity into users. And I mean a HUGE amount of publicity. Discord should start validating accounts in some truly way, 2FA could be one, then they should make that any account needs to be ACTIVE for at least 1 month before joining channels.
