I don't know if it's just me, but I genuinely don't understand the feeling of romanticizing life in the province/countryside and feeling homesick while in the city. Some say they'd rather stay in the countryside if they had better job/career opportunities there but whenever I think of living in the countryside I am reminded of nosy people, overprotective people, those who drag you down, and prevailing limiting beliefs. Do you prefer the city or the countryside?
