Yet another job application (with an elaborate, creative assessment that took me hours to write) rejected with a soulless, completely automated email. This was for a gig writing articles for a pop culture site and despite what I submitted, despite my professional experience in film, TV, and publishing, despite my blog entries and my weekly newsletter articles for one of my publishers, I was rejected without any explanation at all. What's next???
