The Al Jazeera network, including AJ+, will continue to report on Gaza and the occupied West Bank. On Jan. 1, the Palestinian Authority (PA) suspended Al Jazeera’s operations in the occupied West Bank in an apparent retaliation. Al Jazeera noted that the move came amid Israel’s ongoing deadly attacks on Palestinian journalists in Gaza, and demanded that the PA immediately reverse its suspension and allow journalists to freely cover the West Bank without threats or intimidation.
