Spoiler: we won’t. 😎 The solution: Create 3 routines—for high, medium, and low energy days Example: High energy: Cook a full, healthy breakfast. Medium: Make something quick. I so need to do this, so I have a plan for low energy days. The high energy days isn't normally a problem. It's finding out what I should do on low.
