Alright y’all I need recommendations for 2 things❣️❣️ First, a realtor. I already have land and am looking to either build from ground up or place a manufactured home on it. I want to explore all options before choosing. Owner finance or usda loan options ok but we’d prefer to find one to pay the full amount upfront. Also, looking for someone who specializes in moving modular homes. We’ve already found a few that we want estimates on how much it would be to move it to the property.
