Apparently DVC members are angry that non-DVC guests will be allowed to use the pool by the Villas at Beach Club. All guests of Beach & Yacht Club have always been allowed to use that pool. There is nothing stopping anyone from using that little DVC pool. You can walk through it from the parking lot with no band. "located in the Disney's Beach Club Villas; although it is situated for the convenience of Beach Club Villas Guests, Guests of Disney’s Yacht Club Resort are welcome to enjoy it."
