Read the rule book. Practice the commands. Practice with an exaggerated bench pause and squat depth. Bring real food (maybe slightly light) and not just sugary shit. Have a variety of second and third attempts written and ready to look over immediately after your lifts, and get your next attempt to expediter within 1 min of your lift 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
