Delivered at 41w, on pitocin. Went to hospital alrdy 4cm dilated. Was offered epidural, ethonox & pethidine — declined all. 🥶 contractions were bearable. My pain mngment; hot water bottle compress, massage, tens unit, BREATHE, vocalizing & prayers and meditation. God is great. All went well. 🤲🏻
