I remember banking with @bankofamerica years ago. I’d attempted to make an online purchase that was declined. I could not figure out why until logging into my online banking and noticing my address was completely different, like nowhere I’ve ever lived, not even in the same state. They had no idea how or who changed it. No one else had access to my banking info. This happened 3x before I finally closed the account. Never again, I’ll stick with my credit union.
