That is a very reasonable price for a personal trainer, yes. If you need support but can’t afford that, group fitness is a great option where you have coaching support but the cost is less than a personal trainer. Don’t let price prevent you from getting healthy! 💙

Definitely challenge your inner self, if the coach is great they will hold you accountable 💪🏻🙏🏻. Near LA our gym is a private gym with private trainer. Personalized training or personalized group training.

I think that’s a good price. You may find a gym that also trains you that is less but will be a group.
