Not a GP doctor but I do locums quite a bit. It’s truly demotivating and disheartening to work when you know your patients come to you with the intention for MC only. And you know they make up their symptoms. But as a doctor you gotta give them the benefit of the doubt la kan. And as a locum Dr working in their panel clinics, what more can you do but to oblige. Though some, demanddd for more than 1 day of MC. But vital signs, clinical exams are all normal.
