Today, I decided to cancel my gym membership. For two months I’ve only attended two HIIT classes each month. I feel that it’s wasteful to continue if I am unable to go to all classes. The very reason is the long recovery after each session. I feel like I’m down with a cold each time I’m done.
So starting last week, I focused more on low impact exercises for 30-45 min such as walking, cycling and a bit of strength training everyday. After 40, I have to admit that something has changed. ☹️
