Alright this week I’m signing up for the local Bjj gym! Ready to be healing and recovering those parts of me I cultivated in early adolescence as a Martial Artist. Ready to be in a room with lethal (and benevolent) men. Ready to expand my awareness into a new level of skill and mastery of the Body. So blessed to have built my business to the point where I can take the time to dedicate to my favorite practices again.
