I got a email saying I missed a appointment on Thursday. And that I owe them $50. Well I didn’t get any reminder text, call or email. Not to mention I have no text or email with a link for said appointment. Not even a call to me saying hey, are you gunna make it? They had Monday and Tuesday to call me to make sure I was gunna make the appointment. Yes I know at the end of the day it’s my fault but good lord, people are busy, a reminder call is helpful!
