It’s not very interesting to me to feign excitement about music I’m working on via social media. When I’m in the studio, I have to grind my way out of a dark hole just for a shred of dopamine triggered by making something that might be unique and exciting. Diminishing “excitement” returns at this point. HOWEVER… when I do have breakthroughs it is more rewarding than it has ever been. 🙏
