I just finished Harassment Awareness Training and was unfortunately triggered by flashbacks of scenarios that reminded me of my former employer (that I can’t mention per my NDA). So now I’m sitting in my car on a break… crying. I’m glad I’m not there any more, but holy 💩 they caused some serious emotional damage.
