Oh girl I totally understand how it feels. When I am about to start my I am a total mess towards my boyfriend and then I apologize. He is so understanding of me that it aways makes me cry. What helps me with my back pain is a heating pad, dark chocolate and a good movie or anime. You got this!! 🫂 (big Chan hug)
