1. Iron baju kerja untuk 5 hari
2. Check to do list kerja esok. Check je bukan buat.beza tu.hahaha
3. Exercise, at least 30 minutes plank is a must
4. Get ready mental and mindset
5. Journaling for whole week reflection (kalau sempat)
