We started homeschooling "late" - my children are middle school and high school ages but this is our first year homeschooling. It has been the absolute best decision for our family and my kids are thriving. I get a lot of comments along the lines of "why would we pull them from public school at such old ages?" but I would recommend it to anyone thinking about it.
