I vividly recall the joy of calling my dad everytime i captured a new bird species on my camera. He was a very passionate birdwatcher, he effortlessly identified their names and and even their genders from a mere image i shared with him. I can no longer share my excitement with him in those moments. As i look at his phone number today, a flood of emotions filled my heart knowing that he is no longer there to answer on the other end of the line.
