This is the most perfect pot of gumbo I’ve EVER MADE!!! My mom came into my room last night and said, “Whatever YOU did this time, you need to remember it, because THAT was GOOD!” 😂🙌🏾 She said it’s close to the gumbo we’ve had in New Orleans. That really was my best pot, it was perfect. 🤩
