A tweaker had moved in and set up shop. Everything was dirty and contaminated. We put on respirators and went to work cleaning everything - ceilings, floors, walls, 3x. The smell is still off. Will see what happens with time. Riverside County Sheriffs department did some amazing work and turned around our bad start to 2025
