Day 5 of Fasting: No sweets, No breads, No chips/snacks and no meats. I will switch to meats soon but keep the same restrictions. Weighttrain and cardio is 4-5 days a week. Fasting for health, wealth, spiritual growth and continuous blessings 💪🏼💪🏼
