I now understand why my ex-boss said she loves "thinking vendor." I like is when someone i work with actually gives an idea from their perspective rather than just follow exactly what i ask for. Does that even make sense?

Contohnya, as a client kita hanya boleh nampak apa yang vendor boleh deliver through their portfolio. BUT, vendor yang ada pengalaman (dan keyakinan) mungkin lebih tau mcm mana nak deliver it utk hasilkan product yang lebih baik. Sama-sama belajar dan berbincang bukan “i kan customer/boss, ikut cakap i”
