I live part time in Marbella, Spain. Daily I am walking past dogshit people haven’t picked up, discarded McDonalds wrappers people haven’t disposed of, bags of domestic waste left by the side of disposal bins etc etc. I also live part time in a Dubai. You barely see a discarded cigarette butt in Dubai. The place is spotless. What is going wrong with the attitude of Europeans, and what can we learn from clearly more advanced societies?
