I sometimes get headache (not quite whole migraines, I think) attacks like this. I even had a brain MRI back in 2018 to shed some light on it, but it was completely normal, and so no cause has been determined. I've had OCD for decades now, and the anxiety it causes may be related, but it's hard to point at a single cause. I hope you can figure yours out sooner than later.
