Apparently the driver of the truck that killed someone in a car this morning in Footscray was driving a stolen truck and was out on bail for stealing a vehicle, has a history of doing it. These germs are using bail as a chance to rack up more offences. It has to go. No more bail. Lock them up until they get sentenced and none of this time already served bullshit either. Sentencing needs to be stronger in this country. It's disgraceful.
