2 小時內	HeeHee adeptus_absurdes	Speak for yourself. In order to qualify for H1B, employer has to pay a prevailing wage and is audited by the DOL to make sure they're not undercutting American workers. When I was in college guess how many Americans were in the Master/PhD program? That's right, about 20% max. Some fields like chemical/polymer/electrical engineering is dominated entirely by foreigners. It's American choice not to pursue higher qualifications and education. But don't penalize people for doing what you won't.
