You think if you’d move to any other country in Europe you would have more succes making local friends? Italia, Spain, France? Or What about UAE? Maybe try to learn the language so you can intergrate? Instead you complain, and put yourself on the moral highground. Bashing the Dutch? Doesn’t work that way
