Day six of DryJanuary has me feeling vulnerable. I’m going to take a moment to share in case anyone else is feeling the same. We are snowed in & being home like this sort of feels familiar to lockdown days. To the boredom & then excitement I felt to get to have a drink at the end of the day. Today, I actually wanted to have a drink & I realize it’s partly because I’m bored & partly because being snowed in feels too familiar to lockdown & I also feel scared in my body. Feelings are hard.
