It’s not an offensive foul, it’s an Illegal screen. The difference is an Offensive foul results in free throws if the offensive team is in the bonus, an Illegal screen results in a turnover and a team foul UNLESS that team is already in the bonus so it’s just a turnover, NOT free throws like an offensive foul.
