Another reminder to all female ladies, if not sure about strength training don’t fear-mongering ladies to lift heavy weight. You stick to high reps and light weight.
Yes on certain circumstances, heavy weights is not a top priority in female life.
But if you’ve been consistent for 5 years, you need to keep working on the right stimulus and progressives overload.
I’m so happy I stick to ST. When we feel strong feels like we’re at different dimension. Ladies or male agree with this please ❤️.
