Eating Window (12 PM - 8 PM)
Morning:
7 AM: Wake up
8 AM: Apple cider vinegar water
10 AM: Black coffee
12 PM (Lunch):
1 cup masoor dal, 2 multigrain rotis, mixed veggie curry, salad
3 PM (Snack):
Roasted makhana, 1 cup coconut water
6 PM (Dinner):
1 medium sweet potato, 100 g grilled paneer, sautéed veggies
7 PM (Snack):
1 small bowl of oats and chia pudding + berries or banana slices
Fasting Window (8 PM - 12 PM):
Water, green tea or black coffee
