Today is day 35 since our health insurance Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah @regenceutah began denying coverage for a critical cancer drug Perjeta in my wife's breast cancer treatment, as prescribed by her oncologist, with full FDA approval, following the standard of care of every clinical guideline. How is that legal?
