I’ve been attempting to use a couple of apps lately to try & make friends as an adult and I cannot begin to express how frustrating it is that most of the conversations are like this. I know my messages aren’t super riveting but literally what kind of reply do people expect you to give to such flat, non-conversational answers? I saw someone recently say that most of their friends are online because people IRL just don’t talk and they were incredibly real for that take 😩
