I constantly feel guilty about everything ive ever done, doesnt matter if i was 4 or 18 i cannot escape it😭 but im working on forgiving myself because alot of it was not my fault. Guilt sucks so bad especially when it’s accompanied by shame. I also journal it out because it helps to get the feeling onto paper and out of my brain
