Today I finally got out of the house and made it to the library, which was great because my anxiety has been crippling lately with going out, especially by myself. I think that I've become a little too dependant on my husband and cannot function socially without him 😅 Next time I go it definitely has to be on my own. However I managed to talk, browse on my own, while he took my babies to the play area and somehow that felt like an achievement today, I'll take it lol
