As an autistic person who takes phrases a bit too literally sometimes (okay...a lot of times), I really dislike the phrase "fake it till you make it." I think it does a poor job of explaining the process of building confidence and skills. To me, it feels more like "practice it until it clicks" or "act as if you’re learning" better captures the idea of trying things out, making mistakes, and gradually growing into who you want to be. Thoughts?
