Calculate your MAF HR Zone using the 180- age formula. 180- your age = your MAX MAF HR. Your Minimum HR will be your MAX HR minus 10bpm.
Contoh/Example: utk seseorang berumur 30thn.
180 - 30(Umur) = 150bpm (MAX HR)
MAF HR Zonenya 140bpm - 150bpm. 👍🏻👌🏻
