I had a client recently tell me that she was going to get another nail tech because she didn’t “know” the one that she has. Instead of grading her on her skills and customer service, she was being graded on her low extroversion and lack of openness. This is what I mean when I say that sometimes it’s not enough to simply do your job, some clients want to be entertained as well.

12 小時內	Maria B 🌶 mariab528	i’m going to take the complete other side of this and say this. i am pretty social and at times extroverted. my job also requires me to be really social and engaging. so guess what? when i go to a nail tech, im more than happy to not have to talk AT ALL 😂 let me keep one airpod in and just sit there while you do your thing and we can make comments here or there. thats it! 🙇🏽‍♀️
