I usually send a protein (cheese, lunch meat, mini chomps stick, etc) a fruit, a raw veggie, and some kind of cracker. Sometimes I’ll include an extra like nuts or a small treat. If I pack a peanut butter sandwich then that usually takes the place of the protein and the crackers, but I include nuts for extra protein.
